Questions

What investors ask us

What is the difference between a bridge loan and a fix and flip loan?

A flip loan funds a renovation and pays it out in draws. A bridge loan mainly funds the purchase or carries the property, with little or no construction.

Can I refinance a bridge loan into a rental loan?

Yes, that is one of the most common exits. We look at the rental lender's requirements before you take the bridge loan.
